• Can I cancel my order after placing it?

      Sometimes it happens that you accidentally purchase something or you change your mind, in that case you can cancel your order before 10 am the next day, because thats when your order will get shipped. Please write to us immediately (before 10 am next day) at contact@thecurlco.in and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

    • What can I do if my The Curl Co. product is damaged when I receive it?

      We apologize if your The Curl Co. products have been damaged in transit, we will continue to work on the best way to get our products to you for your hair care. Write to us at contact@curlco.in with a picture of your damaged product with the original packaging and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.

    • What can I do if my The Curl Co. product is not delivered ?

      If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or due to your unavailability the order would be returned to The Curl Co. by the delivery partners. In case you require the order to be shipped again, fresh shipping charges would be applicable to process the order.
